Data Sourced from Third Parties

For corporate lead generation and outbound sales discovery, we source business contact information from compliant third-party data networks, specifically Cognism Limited (UK/EU). This data includes professional names, corporate email addresses, job titles, and company names. This information is moved into our primary CRM platform, HubSpot Ireland Limited (EU), to track marketing communications.

Security and International Transfers:

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

While our primary corporate platforms and systems host data within the United Kingdom and European Economic Area (EEA), we utilise specific international sub-processors to execute specialised marketing operations. To conduct our business-to-business (B2B) marketing and outbound communications, personal data is transferred to our email infrastructure provider, Instantly Inc., located in the United States. This transfer is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) alongside the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We maintain an active Transfer Risk Assessment (TRA) confirming that these mechanism tools enforce safeguards equivalent to UK and GDPR standards.

Cookies:

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. We respect your choices regarding digital tracking technology. You can manage or block email tracking pixels using the following methods:

  • Email Client Settings: You can prevent tracking pixels from downloading automatically by disabling the “load remote images” or “display images” setting within your specific email application (such as Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail).

Data retention:

We normally retain or delete your personal data as follows:

  • All personal data will be retained until the contract with us has been completed or we receive a written request from you to do so, at which time it will be deleted from our systems

Sometimes it is not possible for us to specify in advance the period for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases we will not retain your personal data for longer than 12 months. We may retain your personal data for longer periods of time where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

Sharing of Personal Information:

Salitix Ltd. will never sell or lease your personal information to third parties. We do share information with trusted third-party service providers (processors) who execute business tasks under our explicit contractual instructions. These include our cloud database hosting through HubSpot and our outbound campaign tooling through Instantly Inc. Each processor is strictly bound by a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to maintain individual confidentiality, encryption standards, and user rights.
